We will be bound to US for D3 only since Blizz already stated it. But our default region is SEA.

Not sure if there is going to be a RMAH for SEA region. Most likely not. As there will be too many currency to deal with.
Unlike the EU they have a standard currency for all. I think SEA region will only have the GAH.

For those wondered, Im using HD4250 graphic card. (Worth about rm230 now) run the game smoothly. Except that 1mbps streamyx will get you Red latency. 2.5kms - 3kms. Tried on 10Mbps Unifi, will get me 250ms (green).

So you dont need expensive GC to run this now that you know
