SEA players were moved to the US server by default, so we can play with Americans :}

Maybe we can access their RMAH as well we will see.

But the positive thing about this is, SEA players will have access to a bigger playerbase.

And those of us who were going to play on US server, now need not have to worry about not being able to access ANY RMAH at all :} seeing as this is now the default server for SEA anyway.

I'm part of the Diablo 3 beta. I'm using 10mbps FTTH Unifi, my location is Mutiara Damansara, selangor.

I get latency os 240 MS, no lag or teleportation


However this is a beta server, so the live server may have a different latency performance, especially considering how many people will be logged into the server.


So maybe now i get 240 ms in the Beta server located in the US, but on launch when we use the live servers, the results may be different but still i don't think it will lag.



I did experience some sort of laggyness and teleporting issue during the beta for roughly 2 days.. But other players also had the same issue. It was probably a bad patch or some maintenance blizzard was doing probly nothing to worry about seeing as it was for a very short period a while back, but something i thought i should mention.


PS: SEA players start server will be on the US server.

nah i don't agree.

My logitech G700 has a power bar led on the side so i know exactly when it's low.

Can easily plug it in and still be usable while it's charging, so no downtime.

Reactivity when using in wireless mode is pretty good, so it's not going to suck for gaming purposes.



Only if you get a shitty cheap wireless mouse, then you ought to worry. But if you invest in a proper wireless mouse like G700 or better, the wireless performance is already sufficiently acceptable even for hardcore gamers imho

diablo 3 is a SEMI mmorpg.

its a massive multiplayer in the sense that ALL D3 players all connected to Bnet 2.0

But what makes it a semi is... despite the massive numbers of players connected online, you can only co-op with MAX 4 players total in a game

So the online player base is HUGE, but the amount of people you can play with in each game is 4 hence why i call it a semi mmorpg


If your looking for a game with lots of people all at once ingame, then there is Guild Wars 2 and Eternal Lineage.

Torch Light 2 i believe is capped at 8 players. Path of the Exile i don't know, but i hear their having a public beta test so check that out.

selling and earning money in Euros is obviously better.

But being able to sell in USD to Americans is sufficiently good enough for me so i'm not too bothered about that, although i can sympathize with others who are frustrated by this.

But Chcgamer may be right as well, that it's a different culture basically.

Although there is always a risk that it's generalizing too much just cause your Asian or Western you will behave the same every single time which is not necessarily true
