NetLimiter can limit bandwidth on other computer??

how about the new multi-user version(3.91 beta) of cFosSpeed?
Prioritising programs and protocol, also can set maximum tx/rx speed on each computer.

Install on each computer and set it to "variable bandwidth with cooperation" mode.
