African? You will in be deep shit. Normally to get +ve rental yield, you either rent it to african o middle eastern.... Risk too high.

I think Juta Mines maintenance is not bad wo.

Yes, they have many "Pak Hitam" unfortunately......

if not mistaken, theres a thread abt condo to avoid, juta mines is one of apartment flooded with foreigners.
