Just read a bit of the the talk.sonymobile.com thread on the GPS problem. Wow, those fellas really are vocal about their problems. Hehe.

Don't really understand the first solution about downloading some app, but the one about flight mode- I don't mind because I'll most probably be driving and won't bother with answering calls (pretty sure that's illegal, btw). Hope it's not a problem with *all* X-S units though...

True too... one of the devs did confirm that the ICS update would provide a permanent fix. Though even then I don't think I'll upgrade instantly, seen too many cases of updates causing more trouble... cough, cough... dragons flying upside down... Skyrim, cough... and etc.

I actually dreamed last night that I walked into a non-Sony shop and bought an AP set. And woke up cursing myself for doing so... nightmare

Perhaps, but I'm looking at it more from a flagship competition perspective... Lumia 900 is Nokia's current flagship and I think they shouldn't be comparing to an older flagship when there's a new one. Which is why I'm fine with SGS2 vs X-S because there's no SGS3 yet:)
