The instructions at XDA is straightforward
before you do it make sure android sdk fastboot is installed first in PC : download the sdk at
http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html
It is straightforward and simple - which part you dont understand. It is the simplest rooting I have come across
Check your phone manual how to get phone into fastboot mode. eg on the Xperia Arc is just a matter of pressing Volume down button and pushing the power key prior to the bootloader screen appear
ON terminal in PC - cd to the directory where you have extracted the android sdk and just type ONE line comment only
How difficult can this be ???

This will give you root immediatly after reboot!

Not much android phone got 3G Video Call..as i know only the 1st Galaxy S got. Third party liek Viber, Skype, Tango will work
