What filter you using ? a 422 with such a bio load will not be good. somemore add a big koi inside, its like putting a big lion with you in the room, how u feel is how your 5 xb feels right now.

When arowana dont want to eat. Usually is this few problem.

1. Water.
- high ammonia , high nitrite or high nitrate. Usually new tank when bio filter is newly establish.

2. Temp.
- Too cold or too hot will reduce appetite . maintain 27c to 28c.

3. new tank syndrome.
- still not stable due to transport or new tank.

4. food.
- not used to new food or smell from different source even same type of food. mealworm or superworm from shop to shop will smell different.
