CIMB loan asb RM200,000 , monthly RM1070+- ,.... if i apply personal loan let say RM12,000 to pay for the first 1 year is it good investment? ...because the bank said end of year i will get arround RM4k after deduct RM12,000 for rolling back to the ASB,...
