Can we go open/top-up ASW2020 on 1~2 Sep 2013, since there's a small chance to get it ?
*
Can try to top-up, but not for opening account.. Unless, got 'lubang'... tongue.gif

don't do that. you stress out the bank staff who is already busy updating everyone else's pass books

have some pity on them  nod.gif

plus 1st is a sunday. u put it on 2nd sept won't give you any addedd benefits at all since it won't be calculated into that month's dividend  wink.gif
*
Do you know on whether there is chances for us to like open an account for ASW2020?

Because when we have the account, we can try over the counter, without the passbook, nothing much we can do..

I predicted that the dividend for AS1M might not be expected to be higher..

The KLCI has been dropping like no one's business...

I guess just hoping for the same 6.7% or the worse scenario 6.5% for the AS1M dividend...

Last year 6.60%
Dis year I predict 6.70%
*
Well, if the dividend is
a) 6.6% - ai yah, less than ASW2020 cry.gif
b) 6.7% - i am still okay, at least the same return as ASW2020 biggrin.gif
c) 6.8% - i am happy with it, at least still sustain with this return although economy has been discouraging.. rclxms.gif

Any non-bumi here managed to get some AS1M or ASW2020 units through the investment through the EPF?

I am planning to try to use my KWSP to buy some AS1M units through EPF..

For ASW2020, really not so applicable for me because i do not have the account for ASW2020...

Personally I doubt that they'll do that. Unlike PNB's variable priced funds, its fixed priced funds do not charge any sales charges which means that the management fees are its only income. Nothing is free in this world unfortunately tongue.gif hehehe
*
yape, well, i have the same doubt, but i dont really care how they do it as long as they managed to give me the returns that i expected every year.. icon_idea.gif

It could be below 6% this year as they dont have the buffer like the others. Last year was special due to election.

Now, 1 M sold out date, yang baru ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES!

Hopefully new fixed price unit trust to be launched..haha....

Come out with the Amanah Saham 1Mission also never mind.. blush.gif

Looks like these ASNB funds are in great demand but supply limited. Maybe somebody can start a trading site for trading ASNB units, hahaha.

Well, said...

With the uncertainty outlooks in the current economy and the equity market, the demand for fixed price unit trusts are getting higher.. nod.gif

Yape, i am dying to even open an account for the ASW2020, and it seems impossible already..

Should have woke up early and set up a ''camp'' for early queuing in front of the ASNB agents during the previous additional units for subscription openings..

Too late to regret.. blush.gif

Are you a non-bumi or bumi?

Chances for non-bumi to open the account can be defined as impossible..

Anyway, we are looking forward to your reply here on whether you have successful open the account or not..

I am not comfortable too...

Once the money is parked in a ASB account, it is hard to consider it as my own money anymore..

And i have to pray for that guys' well-being.. Touch wood, if anything happen, i hardly can claim the money back..

I think only greedy fools would do that. When the guy died, you can kiss your money goodbye no matter you have agreement or not. It will be distributed to his dependants.

Yape, agreements although could be signed but there would be still risks of not getting back the investments..

Wah, the PM staff so friendly.  You very2 lucky yo, others places they won't ask like that  doh.gif  Once already successful, they expect you to "buzz off"  doh.gif

Agents cannot "see" how much units available (I don't know if ASNB office can see)  hmm.gif  They only "key-in" amount. Once okay, status would "pop-up" on the computer screen telling success or failed  sweat.gif
*
Well, i have less trouble in trying to top up in account in PM..

But when it comes to bank, the whole issue come out like:-
a) The Officer will tell me..'you have to wait because i have to entertain other clients also'
b) They show you their sorrow face when you are trying to deposit
c) I even received comments like.. 'Chinese very difficult to bank in, you still wanna try ar?'

Ai yo, so many excuses and issues.. I prefer PM la.. lol...

Yape, not only that... Between 12pm to 2pm (if i still remember), if you go there, they will tell you the counter will only open at 2pm..

Bank C is the worse.. lol... rclxms.gif
