anyway, i've already modded my fan
sharing something, if you like a constant wind speed, usb powered fan
RM35 u can get from Sri Komputer. it has a clip that you can clip onto your aquarium, adjustable head and 2 speed control
would be enuf for a 1-1.5ft tank

wanted to get but.. already modded mine and with adjustable speed with high wind cfm fan so i guess no nid anymore

Pets Wonderland in Midvalley also still have the eheim promotion
the chinese algae eater.. also had nightmare with it
chased away all the fish in my tank before, headache

Visited Pets Wonderland last nite, just in nick of time
more stuff than our LFS here has but didn't have any fish I like. Pricewise bit higher for the things I'd say
for fish price almost same as the LFS here in KK, Sabah

I was first also interested as is cute_miao and maybe few others where this is going. If really interested party sure will have keen interest and then, voila suddenly you said just wana share ur tank. Bit frust lor.

guys, I have few electric blue ram, now using normal T5 light which I got from a shop (not into plants)
the thing is today I was testing on LED strip (5050SMD, 15pcs length) and when I put on top to test, my electric blue ram color was really awesome!
But it wasn't bright enough to light the whole 2ft aquarium
Not sure if the LED light that is making it really nice and so on but can someone advice on this if I wana bring out the color of my fish like electric blue, german and congo tetra?
Really no idea on which type of lighting is suitable for it, all these time I was just using a normal daylight white on my tank

I finally have my own place, last time just renting room
So a good chance to start over my hobby and learned a lot since I can have watever i want now! rawr!
started with 1.5ft tank, cheap top filter and some tetras + a lobster
after 2 mths, upgraded to a 2ft tank cos overcrowded + 1 small tank (less than 1x1x1 ft) which i bought from shop lelong cos the buyer salah gave measurement for my shrimp feeder tank
now again cos bit overcrowded but when have time will reuse my 1.5ft tank
just simple tanks with no plants (staying away for now)
changed from rocks to sand, very nice! in love with sand now
DIY T5 light, DIY 12V fan + a power adapter used for an old all in 1 for external hard disk that comes with Molex
DIY T10 LED bulb, DIY water hanger on aquarium from PVC pipe

still lots to learn and go on but one thing for sure, I have less casualties on my fish now which is good. Used to be a bad keeper!
