Added on March 6, 2012, 6:08 pm QUOTE(ngeo88 @ Mar 6 2012, 06:07 PM) 32bit ECU Eh.. can learn according to the serdang sc technician it can adopt to the driver driving style, but it cannot be tune or reset only update and reflesh. Of cause it can do more but PE dunt have such function or ability to fully utilise the 32bit ECU. Exp for Exora the 32 bit ECU also communicate to body roll control module 16bit ECU it cannot learn the driver driving style but it can be tune and reset. QUOTE(VincentChen @ Mar 6 2012, 06:11 PM) I mean the ECU can learn according to the driver style..Last time I use to FNF and the ECU learn how I drive, the ECU respond when I rev it will give sufficient power to the engine and it auto cut off the aircond when needed... Not stop by aircond termostat.. Tested few time with my aircond temp set at 20c This post has been edited by KKW: Mar 6 2012, 06:18 PM |

QUOTE(Jazz6218 @ Mar 6 2012, 06:22 PM) Not just use air pressure to blow the drum brake..Take out everything and wash then put it back QUOTE(VincentChen @ Mar 6 2012, 06:23 PM) Try at your car.. Not every car ada auto cut off the aircond..(I repeat CUT OFF not TURN OFF aircond)Like drive maintain speed at 110km/h and sudden rev see your aircond will cut off or not This post has been edited by KKW: Mar 6 2012, 06:27 PM |

QUOTE(junhowe @ Mar 13 2012, 12:16 PM) Servicing at Serdang Sc now, they recommended me to put X-1R engine treatment together with semi-oil.. I had also heard this product quite long time, so I add on for that too.. Is it good..? Anyone using too X-1R for me is useless..Can feel the effect on the beginning then back to normal.. QUOTE(dorinyeah @ Mar 13 2012, 12:51 PM) Bang those mat rempit QUOTE(Cavino @ Mar 13 2012, 12:58 PM) Did everything front, rear, camber, alignment. TWICE. One at Cheras and recorrection at Klang. My Klang wan darn expensive but quite trust their alignment service. One guy specialize just doing alignment. Also wondering if the veering might be caused by the tyre or not coz I rotate the tyre at Cheras, so the current front tyre is from the rear. No obvious treadwear tho...... It's very hard to find a good alignment service now days.. Last time I need do my alignment every 1-2months but finally I found one at puchong.. No need do any alignment after 2months liao |

QUOTE(Cavino @ Mar 13 2012, 02:39 PM) "From the MSDS for X1R it states that its main active ingredient is Chlorinated Paraffin, this is the same stuff that has got Duralube in trouble.. trouble being when Chlorinated Paraffinļæ½s are exposed to high temperature (at even lower temperatures then you can expect in the engine) they break down to hydrochloric acid which consumes other standard beneficial additives in the engine oil such as VI improvers etc and turns the whole shooting match acidic.. leaving the engine unprotected and eating away at the seals." I only use once because I din saw this was include on service list In another word, Chlorinated Paraffin works BUT not for high temperature usage. Unfortunately ALL engine falls into high temperature category....in another word "might" have short term improvement AND very bad for the engine life... Other reports on ANY and ALL oil addictives Ed Hackett, chemist at the University of Nevada Desert Research Center, says, "Oil additives should not be used. The oil companies have gone to great lengths to develop an additive pack age that meets the vehicle's requirements. If you add anything to this oil you may upset the balance and prevent the oil from performing to specification." There were at least 2 companies that used clorinated parrafins in oil supplements. Both of those companies were fined by the FTC for false advertising. The stuff can work at first but there are issues with accelerated wear over time. The oil companies apparently tested this stuff a very long time ago and rejected clorinated parrafins as oil additives a long time ago. hen I saw he pour it and it's to late ask him stop That time should be my 15k service.. Added on March 13, 2012, 2:53 pm QUOTE(Cavino @ Mar 13 2012, 02:43 PM) I think someone is using bear bear account and type stuff that finally make sense...either that or bear bear pay someone to type sifu level stuff for him to make himself looks good....
