I dont think he's driving fast tho. Cos it's mentioned that there are 2 minors in the car along with the driver. Assuming these 2 minors are his child, he'd probably be a family man & drive slow instead. (Of course, unless he's a richfag turtle driver who's trying to prove that PE sucks badly by buying a new PE and then trying to kill himself and his whole family, but failed epicly )
