BUT, not rebadging AND replacing parts with cheapo stuff. The assembly line is a mess.

What I mean is, the Inspira is based on the Lancer, rite? Change the badges, bumpers and rims. And thats it. Dont go gatal tangan make own door panel, power window motor, etc. Ruins the car.

Which is why Proton isn't moving forward. Close to 20 years of copying ppl's shitjobs, then they made a few models. Good. Then after that they went back to copying ppl's stuff. Rather than spending the money on rebadging a model and resell it, wouldn't it be better for them to invest the money in making better engines/improve the QC first? The Wajunk and GenTuik has been around for ages. AGES. And they're still making it. So why dont make it better instead?
