Hi all sifu daigor daijie here. I visited IOI Sales Gallery yesterday. Looking into Block D Type D unit. Anyone of you have the floors mapping of Block D? Any idea of the M&E floor located unit? Please advise. TQ.

I don't recall the brochure has mention which floor is the M&E floor. You can go to the gallery again and see the sales chart then you will know which floor is M&E...

By the way, how much for Block D type D unit now? any rebate or freebies?

Hi, well i hv jz booked a unit today.
Basically, Block D is opened now.
IOI Show Gallery is having promotion package now. From 10% onwards.
The SA is quite helpful, and she managed to fight for me additional discount.
D type is selling around 900k onwards after discount.

If u are intended to get a unit, u may refer to me. Haha. I can be your referral.
I can give u advices too. rclxms.gif
Of the referral bonus including IOI privilege card membership, we can share 50 50. thumbsup.gif

Thx~

close to 1mil...is it really worth it?  sweat.gif

Hi, it depends. 900k++ is actually the largest unit, which is 1668sf.
There's smaller units too, some are even individual type from 1100sf++.
I think prices from 750k++ onwards after discount.
Another attractive factor to me is the condo is nearly complete.
Once fully completed and ready to move in, the prices would be higher as usual.
Anyway, there're still Block A and B not yet open to public. so, still quite some available units.

The concept, environment, facilities, it is mainly to own stay, will be less investors. biggrin.gif

I thought almost sold out and never know still got 2 blocks haven't open to public yet... if not yet fully occupied, then the maintenance fee maybe high as residents need to cover those unsell units...

Hi, really?
I thought it would be developer to bear the unsell units maintenance fees.
BTW IOI provide 1 year free maintenance.
It is unreasonable for buyers to bear the unsell units fees.

I am not sure, i think only, if not like this, who will bear the maintenance fee for the unsell units?... developer won't bother after they build the project...

Hi, ok. will double check with SA before I'm to sign the SPA.
Logically, unsold units still belonged to developer.
Think they will try to sell remaining units during 1 and 1/2 year time.
