This is different between Sunway property & IOI property, Sunway is having long term mindset, they very concern on market need or customer need and planning for future vision and goal. But for IOI they just having short term mindset. Myself having property of Sunway & IOI, I feel confident buying Sunway project, but IOI project is like pasar harga, always change discount suka suka, early bird always being trapped buy on high price.

Tower A Type B, after discount RM790k, it is not IOI project, it's under Sunway. 800m to KL118(Future Malaysia tallest tower), good to invest. Smallest unit start from RM590k but all sold out.
