Luckily the agent is patience and nice guy. I think D1 layout is quite practical, and i interested into this too personally. - closed kitchen -3 bathroom (so no need to rush for toilet every morning) - not direct west facing , so should be slightly breezy i guess? just 1 down side for me is the balcony in the master room, kind of wasted if u dont need/ enjoy it actually.  Overall I think type A with horizontal layout suits my preference and they have larger master bedroom and yard for wet kitchen. At level 8, I still get to enjoy the KL, sunway and puchong lake view across the balconies in type A. The type D1 unit I booked initially has superb kl view but the small master room and larger dinning area than living area kind of turned me off a bit. |

The rebate change on monthly basis and it may dropped to 23% by 1 Dec. As for maintenance you can offset against the unit price so you can have lower loan amount.
