Above can be achieved using Aegisub (mine using portable version on a dummy video).
How:
- Create each line for each word
- Apply the style as needed (bold, underline or italic)
- Select all the 3 lines. Right click and select "Join concatenate". Refer image below.
Then, save as ASS format (Advanced Substation Alpha). SRT won't work due to nature of the code. Here the actual code :
