Jobstreet, Profile viewed by employer

Normally the employer would take how long time to process our resume sent? 2weeks? if didn't receive any calls within 2weeks, then means i am probably not be shortlisted?
and after interview, normally how long you all receive the call for 2nd interview/offer you to join them? |
