QUOTE(ozak @ Feb 16 2016, 10:43 AM) I'm using ABS filament bought from here: http://www.banggood.com/1_75mm-3D-Printer-...6363706201312DWThey are super strong compare to my original makerbot and pp3dp filament i bought from the vendor. China made from banggood vendor filament seems to be stronger more elastic and ultra durable plus very cheap for 1kg per-roll. I already tested a lot of my published 3D printed project for my drone and its super tough. 3D printed TAMIYA kit project completed!
Finally after long days 3d modelling, 3d printing, painting and fitting the right decals the 3D printed replica TAMIYA vintage buggy kit for 1:24 scale SUBOTECH chassis completed! Behold! the world first 3d printed replica TAMIYA kit for 1:24 R/c chassis! These three models are my long most beloved 80's childhood R/c model that i always wanted to have. Tear drop down my cheek seeing my hard work producing what was once reflecting my young days with just 10 cent in my pocket. I need to go out now to celebrate my success with large bowl of ice cream and fried chicken. For those interested i will upload the 3D print files and decals soon. I need to take a break and stare at these lovely works of art on my table. Photos: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
