this is not the EU server that this thread is discussing.. this ncsoft server is NA server
3.0 update coming this April.. but u can really have a head start now if u planning to play in this NA server.
u can play as a free player till lv40 without any restriction with mail or extract..

oic, that 1 is NA server
so, can i start playing it until 40 lvl rite?

Guys, i help help with WTFast, it seem i cant make WTFast recognize aion.bin

when i click PLAY this what happen. Even when i manually launch AION...

hmm... try click "Cancel" on that popup and manually run your Aion Launcher and check how's the result...

I have enabled "Run with launcher" with the shortcut but it failed since it doesn't support parameters... so just simply run your Aion via usual way

well what i do is mark the aion.bin then run with launcher the Gameforge launcher then it gives an error. but WTFast will already recognize aion.bin then all you have to do is open aion like you always do.

once the WTFast thign comes out showing the bytes and stuff all you need to do is open the game normally and SHAZAM!

1. Open AION manually
2. Run WTFast and "cancel" the window and booM...

Question Solo Class SM good or is there other solo class?

Any comment regarding templar?

Playing a templar now, easy to solo a lot of quests except group quests and instance dungeons. Also a bit hard to find parties since no one wants to have more than 1 templar in a group. Also the first to be blamed if the healer dies. Pretty bad damage output compared to other melee classes.

When enemy players attack you in the field, the chance of escaping safely is quite high as templars have high resistance to certain status effects when your shield is up. Pretty difficult to kill people in PVP too as all your attacks are short range until level 45 or 50 when you get one long range attack. Met a chanter in Heiron once, after nearly 15 minutes of stalemate we both walked off.

i played before.. but now lost my char.
its because of the server merge before.
on 1 server i made an elyos and the other server i made an asmo.. i think because of this i lost my char.
my fren tell me to ask GM bout this.. but i think i just make a new char better both only just lv20 char
most of the players in NA server can lvl up to 20+ in just 4-5 hours of playing.

hmm, my login screen doesn't give me any responed afyer i key-in id and password.
any idea how to solve it?

means its trying to connect sooner or later it will change to an agreement page or just say it cant login. it might take a while

im getting more n more lag issues on this game sigh..

I got a question is this game Aion really that slow ? Or it's lag ? Whenever I click on a mob then attack there's like a 0.5 sec lag or something. But I see the character seems quite smooth shout then cast skill. Is it coz of the game ? Or lag I wonder. I manage to download the game in like 10 hours average 500kb/s on unifi. So I actually wonder is there lag ?

Btw just tried dragon nest and seems it's much smoother. Well I do play other online games eg, perfect world, ran online but that's juz previously now rarely log in those games edy. Tot aion would be much faster paced but seems like there's abit of slowdown. Anyway will try on another rig to compare.

You cant compare local server games with international server especially aion where u're connecting to EU servers.
Try type /ping in game to check ur latency.
It's adviseable to use proxy if you want to play smoothly.

Juz tested got 437 ping from office pc so I guess it's the connection then. Btw I am testing the NA server so I guess even more lag ?

i get better ping to NA server compare to EU.. and if u compare with RAN online, Aion is a bit slow pace..

O bro so it is really the game and not the ping or rig rite ? Even perfectworld I oso feel abit slow. Well I guess those faster action like dragonica, or mebe dragon nest will be better ? I guess mebe next to try it Tera.
