I'm not here to argue who's right or wrong, but as CS, he is responsible for misguiding, cos he's the one who provide information right? let's say if a booklet also provide misinformation, should i blame the book or myself? clearly this is the one who provide wrong information. there's no way i would gain self consciousness without consulting someone right? and the best person would clearly the company's representatives, and, they provide misinformation.
I'm gonna file injunction anyway. i would try any way possible to make sure he is responsible for the misinformation.
He himself should be aware of it not me.
Furthermore, I did quote example to him, on the statement date, not before, not after.

to be more precise, (E.g: statement date : 20th of March) any transaction that do before 11.59pm on 20th March, it will still billed into the same monthly(march) statement. I've personally called the CS to double confirm as well as do the experiment myself.
