I'm not here to argue who's right or wrong, but as CS, he is responsible for misguiding, cos he's the one who provide information right? let's say if a booklet also provide misinformation, should i blame the book or myself? clearly this is the one who provide wrong information. there's no way i would gain self consciousness without consulting someone right? and the best person would clearly the company's representatives, and, they provide misinformation.
I'm gonna file injunction anyway. i would try any way possible to make sure he is responsible for the misinformation.
He himself should be aware of it not me.
