I call MBB Etiqa for car insurance renewal and they need Amex 4 digit code. I hope this is normal procedure

i have question about this 5% on weekend. let say I purchased airline ticket and get this RM 50 max rebate and suddenly few weeks later I cancel the ticket and the provider refund me to the credit card. will Maybank take back the cash back of RM 50? any experience?
