i feel cheated as my amex side got charged and rebated,
but RM50 appeared in my visa side.

i tot maybank so good like other bank auto rebated for me.

Lets said i want to upgrade my current gold(CL: 20k) to platinium.

My basic salary is about 4.1k+ include other incentive may reach 4.5K+
Do application would approve??

BTW, this gold card is going to paid GST on sept, so after upgrade i need to paid RM50 GST again or just wait till sept?

For TR, just call MBB to transfer to new CC or force to be use it?

If i want to apply for maybank "Maybankard 2 Gold Card", the documents that i need to bring are as followings?

"If you are salaried employee:
Copy of NRIC (both sides) or Passport
Latest 3 months' salary slips
Latest 6 months' savings account activity/current account statements"

I know the meaning for the ic and salary slips.. But can anyone explain to me latest 6 months savings account activity/current account statements? I got maybank savings account but i am not sure what it means by that.

By the way, maybank at KLCC will be available to apply for credit card during weekend, right?

I requested for upgrade (during pcfair, MBB staff not agent) and yes ofcourse get a new card with different number...
And i do get charged GST..... However after ding dong ding dong emailing to Maybank (cc to BNM), explaining i specifically requested for upgrade from Classic -> Gold card so considering that i requested for GST waiver and they allowed it..

Not long after that Maybank only launched the MBB 2 Card so i applied again, did the same email but this time dont allow anymore..

Well maybe i was lucky got away for 1st time, or maybe they dont allow for MBB 2 Card.

Btw bear in mind, i was holding Visa and Amex Classic -> Visa and Gold -> MBB 2 Card...
So i actually got waived RM100

i would have to agree that their card for me has the worst quality. I have HSBC cc which i have been using since about 2 years, still look very nice.

Just got back from Maybank just now to check my CC. They checked and told me there's nothing wrong with my Amex. Then they said to check it through ATM. So, nothing wrong there as i can view my balance there. Later go to petrol station to fill fuel. Still cannot use my Amex. I used Visa instead. This is getting more frustrating

I used it at Shell. Been using it at shell and nothing went wrong. Just now for the past few weeks. Cannot use my Amex CC. Yesterday tried using it at Giant also cannot.

hi guys, i'm interested to get this card and was called by maybank to convert my petronas card to 2 cards but i read so far that petronas dun seem to accept amex, meaning i can only get 1x treatpoints - is it true that petronas dun accept amex?

Anyone successfully waive their GST without spending any TP? Thx

hmm i think i'll probably stick to the petronas card then..since i pump petrol > than i spend on groceries and stuff
