If your bank does not finance MRTA, then you have to pay for MRTA.
If your home loan package is zero entry cost (ZEC), then you don't have to pay the legal fees for loan.  If not, be prepared to pay for the legal fees, depending on the amount of home loan.  If let's say RM350,000 loan, legal fees maybe around RM6,000.  You may consult the panel solicitors on their fees.
After kautim the loan and S&P, follow up with trinity or your lawyer on the 1st drawdown, i.e. when 1st payment is released to trinity.  It's better that we keep track on the construction progress as the progressive payment is made in accordance to the construction progress.

Hi Bro , mostly i think most of the bank didn't cover the legal fees for loan for this project.

meaning I still need to prepare another RM6k just for legal fees? hmm I thought bank or developer will cover all the process fees and we only pay for 10% downpayment.

Thanks
*
Hi Jerry
As i know the developer was cover the legal fee for S&P , but didn't cover the legal fees for bank.
I think you need to prepare some money for this..

One question, for investment should i get the 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom type?
*
My opinion , for investment better get 2 bed room , the cost wouldn't be so high.
But also depend to your budget. If you got budget , then get 3 bed room one..

Receive a call from HLB Puchong branch, clarified that not necessary apply at same branch, but if with Puchong branch then the process will be faster.

Receive a call from Alliance Bank, they are finalising DIBS. Once finalise, any branch also could apply..

Hope this could make us clear.. smile.gif

verbally informed loan approve but letter offer only can get maybe next Thursday. Thus, very tight to meet 14 days period.

Can we sign the S&P first before we can't meet 14 days?
*
Hi wffong

when you submit the support document ?
