HLB allocate quite some quota for this project, I saw lots of loan approve from HLB, but why mines is still pending....... unsure.gif

Received approval email from trinity for spa extension till 7th July. Anyone there getting the same date as me? Still no news for loan. What happened?

Got the reject letter from AMBANK today.... Still no new from other bankers yet..... Seems like many mortgage issues...

It's gonna be a low rise apartment by trinity group as well, maybe only block till 4th floor of zeva, anyway, don't worry as it is still a piece of empty land. Maybe 3 years later, everyone talking about greenery environment and decided to turn it into a garden, who knows icon_idea.gif

Bro RO, just sahre your "hints" here and sincerely, i bet these future owners of ZEVA definitely have their owns vision and thinking about this piece of property.

We are all grown up, no need to play come come i tell you secretly, i believe most of the future owners are buying for own stay, statistic from SA that most buyers are yhose young adults, going to marry, or just married.

If your so call hitns or advice are really sincere, i'm the first one who will really appreciate it. i can buy you coffee also or fishes! cheers
