According to SA.. price has been increased to RM420K for 933 sqft units. Of course he could say what he wants.

Not sure if the below formulas are correct.

Another round of legal fee I guess:-
First 150,000K * 1% = 1,500
Then balance * 0.7% = 1,498
Total * 6% tax = 3,178

Stamp Duty a.k.a MOT
First 100,000K * 1% = 1,000
Then balance * 2% = 5,280
Total = 6,280

Disbursement = 1,000 should be enough gua

Other = 1,000 (???)

Grand Total = RM11,458 

If under 350K and first house buyer then good la, MOT - 50%.

She told me the 933 sq ft still have about 20 units to choose from... I ask wah so many geh, she said according to the SA most of it relist because loan not approved... then she ask i heard u all got problem with bank ar... the SA answer oohh only a 1 or 2 bank the rest all ok...
