Yup, no need to think so much. I think the reason for no balcony is they have a mall down there and certainly don't want the residents to hang their underwear out. 

Never heard of naked ppl standing at balcony, must be something wrong in their mind or they r foreigner ( naturalist).

Alliance is already confirmed a panel bank with DIBS since last week

after nearly 3 weeks, I still never received any update from lawyer about sending photocopy of S&P and loan agreement.

Anybody get their copy? May I know how long would it take normally?

And regarding Strata Tittle, the lawyer say we need to pay ourselves. We need to pay after staying for 3 to 4 years from the completion date. Estimated would be around 10k-15k based on my purchase price.

i just got a letter from the developer saying that "the building has reached the following stages of payment and shall be obliged to kindly arrange for settlement of the following amount....."
what exactly do i need to do here? 

What monthly statement? How to get it?
