maybe you can think of using bankers cheque also.
Go to your current saving account bank and ask them for it.
last time i pay only 5 bucks for it

If u hv got the extension from the developer to sign S&P, then yes u can always sign S&P and loan together but u should make appointment with your lawyer first.

if u hv not got the extension, u should check with the developer if you are still entitled to the package or the deal is off. gd luck.
*
Cool!!

yup, got the extension dy and just called lawyer for the appointment...

thanks yea..

Shit i read in another forum say the futsal will demolish n build another condo. Blocking my view leh.

i don't think it's another condo..unless some other developer managed to buy that plot of land instead..

that time the SA told me they will build a shoplot there....about 3-4 storeys high..

Bros..

As a landowner, we are within our rights to tell the operator to leave but it would not be fair for him as he had invested money to put up the facilities, so he will leave once his lease expires in four years. So we can tell our buyers that for the first year [of occupying The Zeva], you can enjoy futsal facilities just behind you. Then the next year, you can look forward to more shops and serviced apartments!” he quips.

Whichever got more money they will build  nod.gif

then that SA bluff me dy lor...

coz the unit i wanted that time was the one facing the futsal court then when i ask any future development, he said they building 3-4 storey shoplot

actually who is the one who decide the legal fee for loan agreement?
what is the procedure?

i ask then banker how much is the legal fee..
he say need to check with your lawyer

when ask the lawyer side, says need to depends on how much is your loan amount..

so what do i do?
are they going to contact each other themselves and come out the price and let me know?

make me so blur..  rclxub.gif

is it i need to check with the banker of my final loan amount including loan+mrta+legal fee if any(i still dunno how  much at this stage)..
then go and tell the lawyer this is the amount of the legal fee.. RMXXXX
then i back to the banker again...!?!?!

sighh.. so tired buying 1st house with all those service like duwan entertain me jiang.. grumble.gif
*
you are not alone my friend.

Seriously.. the world is full of weird ppl.
My guess is either he wants to buy a unit there/belongs to another developer or really irritating person.
I hate hints.. so either you spell it out or shut up.

I work in Cyber. Do come often for lunch in SK if i got time.
The shoplots behind Jusco has good chapfan for lunch, there is another shop for fish head noodles and also chicken rice shop.
There is another chicken rice shop(my fav) in taman u( i think) maybe around 1 km from Zeva. There is another yong tau foo shop nearby there too.

My trusted mechanic is in putra walk. So at least, i can send my car and walk back to the apartment :-)
*
yaya, u are right...the other chicken rice shop is in taman u..
prefer to go tht one actually thumbup.gif

for those pan mee lovers....the pan mee shop around the corner...i think it is still around la, long time didnt go dy..
