Yea..the reason given was their 90% loan package no more quotas already..
Now all approve will be 85% only..
Leave me with no choice already and I'm typing the cancel and refund letter.

Just got a call from Al-Rajhi my loan pending approval...
So I try to extend few more days..see if possible...else no choice have to cancel..

No la...it depends on how much is your loan value..
there is a standard calculation... discount given or not is depend on the lawyer..
but loan agreement fee and stamp duty follows a standard calculation
