*
I just received an official email from Trinity Sales saying both Maybank and Alliance does not have DIBS.

I check with my Maybank SA and she confirmed that they are still fighting for it.

sad.gif

And OCBC quota full. HLB rejected me because I just change new job.

Other banks their rate just shakehead.gif .

RHB is a panel but without DIBS.

After waiting for so long, I think my HLB is the way to go.
*
This forum here majority got HLB loan approved.
The best rate given is OCBC and I think Ambank...but just too bad OCBC just does not have enough quota to fight with HLB....

Something not relevant here.
3Es serviced apt open for booking. From 300K, Low DP, Early Bird Disc, 2 carparks, 3A/C, Free kitchen cabinet+hood&hob, DIBS. Just received their SMS. Looks like a pricing war going on.
*
Do you know size range for the Service Apartment?
I remember last time I went there to view the SOHO, the SA told me size range is about 8++sqft

Agree with you.... this's the most problematic I've face so far in this 3 years my 4th properties .... and 2nd trinity project
*
Agreed...If Trinity are offering DIBS package, then what the hell did Alliance and Maybank doing there?
It just makes other people more confusing and end up sending email telling people these 2 banks are not empanel for DIBS.
Wasting people's time applying something which nobody wants.

first time buyer and choose zeva because I personally like equine park area. Developer's performance is only plus point, not a major point here. But I am quite dissatisfied with this Developer as they didn't finalized the panel bank in the first place and giving us only 14 days to comply everything.

Have been requested for extension and they only allowed till this Friday. Requested to extend one more day to Saturday so that I do not have to take leave but SA told me if further extension (even a day) i will not be entitled to all benefit as promised.

And about loan problems, I only applied OCBC and HLBB as i am pretty sure i can get 90% loan approval being first time buyer. However, later been informed by OCBC that they are only panel for block B and not block A and HLBB only approved 85% loan for me because their 90% loan quota full d. Honestly not sure can put these blame on Developer or not. Now still headache whether to continue with this SPA or not as i might need to pump in 5% myself.

Also asking whether can use my epf being part of balance deposit payment and at first they are ok, but now told me that the Developer might not allow it as 14 days period over already.

I think the Developer is getting well known now so they are being so strict and difficult. I have been informed by my friend who bought Zest that the Developer are so easy going that time, he only signed his SPA after he applied for the zero installment credit card. Now everything also tak boleh.
*
Think this is part of their sales gimmick...so everyone will go for it when they pre-launch at lower price knowing that getting a loan within 14days is tough...So when everyone cant make it, people have to cancel and then they can sell it at a higher price. whistling.gif

How to give 2 letters when currently only HLB is active where OCBC quotas full and keep asking the buyer to wait while they hope for their quotas increase?
OCBC not willing to give reject letters due to quota issue as stated by Zer07. blink.gif

I think you will be able to search in google for the loan calculation thing where they will calculate what is the initial interest paid vs principal

Think this link will give you rough calculations --> http://malaysia.smetoolkit.org/malaysia/en...ment-Calculator

Suddenly feel like kena fool btw the developer & the bankers.

1/ OCBC full but yet dont issue rejection letter.
2/ HLB active, will approve, but only 85% with 30years only.
3/ others bank like no care to do your business.
4/ dont no where to find these 2 rejection letters!!  vmad.gif
*
I agree with you. thumbup.gif
OCBC-Quota full and cant proceed further does consider a reject
HLB-Buyer apply 90% but they reject only approve 85% only is also consider a reject.

If like this also dun consider a reject, then can someone tell me the definition of reject? shakehead.gif
