first time buyer and choose zeva because I personally like equine park area. Developer's performance is only plus point, not a major point here. But I am quite dissatisfied with this Developer as they didn't finalized the panel bank in the first place and giving us only 14 days to comply everything.
Have been requested for extension and they only allowed till this Friday. Requested to extend one more day to Saturday so that I do not have to take leave but SA told me if further extension (even a day) i will not be entitled to all benefit as promised.
And about loan problems, I only applied OCBC and HLBB as i am pretty sure i can get 90% loan approval being first time buyer. However, later been informed by OCBC that they are only panel for block B and not block A and HLBB only approved 85% loan for me because their 90% loan quota full d. Honestly not sure can put these blame on Developer or not. Now still headache whether to continue with this SPA or not as i might need to pump in 5% myself.
Also asking whether can use my epf being part of balance deposit payment and at first they are ok, but now told me that the Developer might not allow it as 14 days period over already.
I think the Developer is getting well known now so they are being so strict and difficult. I have been informed by my friend who bought Zest that the Developer are so easy going that time, he only signed his SPA after he applied for the zero installment credit card. Now everything also tak boleh.
Think this is part of their sales gimmick...so everyone will go for it when they pre-launch at lower price knowing that getting a loan within 14days is tough...So when everyone cant make it, people have to cancel and then they can sell it at a higher price.
