In the brochures, it is mentioned the lease is until 2111.
I will not want to settle for anything lesser.
I am paying for 99 years lease and i want it.
If extended, who is paying for it?

There are something that went well or went wrong.

Maybe need to check with the SA about this.

Seriously.. the world is full of weird ppl.
My guess is either he wants to buy a unit there/belongs to another developer or really irritating person.
I hate hints.. so either you spell it out or shut up.

I work in Cyber. Do come often for lunch in SK if i got time.
The shoplots behind Jusco has good chapfan for lunch, there is another shop for fish head noodles and also chicken rice shop.
There is another chicken rice shop(my fav) in taman u( i think) maybe around 1 km from Zeva. There is another yong tau foo shop nearby there too.

My trusted mechanic is in putra walk. So at least, i can send my car and walk back to the apartment :-)

How long you will hold / settle your loan? If more than 10 years then if something happen on the 9th year (example only  laugh.gif ), MRTA will only cover the remaining 1 year for you. This is based on my understanding, correct me if I'm wrong.

From my understanding, if anything happened on the 9th year, it is covered. It just settles the balance of the sum.
It just that if anything happened in 11th year.. there is no coverage.

BTW, MEX interchange will be completed before Zeva.
Pay the toll RM2.20 can reach Bkt Jalil quite fast.

And the new LRT extension is along "Bkt Jalil Highway" towards Puchong so could be fast to reach it too

Hi Stanley,

I was there on saturday. There were around 20 plus units available.
Am not sure about the price though. Majority are bigger units but there were some smaller units available.
you can pm me for the SA's contact number if you are interested. Just give him a call first if you want to save a trip to go there.

Subsale units entry costs quite high. Especially when the seller's are selling higher than bank valuations.
Maybe you could check 3elements too
