Hmm.. is there anywhere written it will be extended?
In the brochures, it is mentioned the lease is until 2111.
I will not want to settle for anything lesser.
I am paying for 99 years lease and i want it.
If extended, who is paying for it?

This is a real concern for me

how could they be so confident to put the exact date of new lease expiry and yet in S&P it is until 2099?

I was there on saturday. There were around 20 plus units available.
Am not sure about the price though. Majority are bigger units but there were some smaller units available.
you can pm me for the SA's contact number if you are interested. Just give him a call first if you want to save a trip to go there.

Subsale units entry costs quite high. Especially when the seller's are selling higher than bank valuations.
