QUOTE(invinciblezero @ Jul 9 2012, 08:53 PM) Yeah...The 99 years leasehold period will end in 2099 Now it's already 2012 and the project will be completed somewhere mid 2015. Include some renovation and some dilly dally here and there it will already be 2016. So this means that we are short changed by 16years from the 99 years?? Hmm.. is there anywhere written it will be extended? In the brochures, it is mentioned the lease is until 2111. I will not want to settle for anything lesser. I am paying for 99 years lease and i want it. If extended, who is paying for it? This is a real concern for me

QUOTE(oldsilver @ Jul 10 2012, 02:40 PM) I didn't found anywhere mentioned about the lease extension. If the extension is approve now, I don't think you will need to pay. There are cases of the extension approved and revised back to 99 years and there are cases that the authority rejected the developer request (such as LBS's BSP with only 80++ left). how could they be so confident to put the exact date of new lease expiry and yet in S&P it is until 2099? There are something that went well or went wrong. Maybe need to check with the SA about this.

Seriously.. the world is full of weird ppl. My guess is either he wants to buy a unit there/belongs to another developer or really irritating person. I hate hints.. so either you spell it out or shut up.
I work in Cyber. Do come often for lunch in SK if i got time. The shoplots behind Jusco has good chapfan for lunch, there is another shop for fish head noodles and also chicken rice shop. There is another chicken rice shop(my fav) in taman u( i think) maybe around 1 km from Zeva. There is another yong tau foo shop nearby there too.
My trusted mechanic is in putra walk. So at least, i can send my car and walk back to the apartment :-)

QUOTE(oldsilver @ Jul 11 2012, 11:47 AM) I want to buy MLTA but then the guy still haven't send me the quotation. Buy now while still young, the older you get the more expensive for ML/MRTA. Added on July 11, 2012, 11:51 amShould be RM1,467 - RM1,485 = RM18 per month = RM216 per year. (based on 30 years) Added on July 11, 2012, 11:57 amHow long you will hold / settle your loan? If more than 10 years then if something happen on the 9th year (example only ), MRTA will only cover the remaining 1 year for you. This is based on my understanding, correct me if I'm wrong. Bro.. From my understanding, if anything happened on the 9th year, it is covered. It just settles the balance of the sum. It just that if anything happened in 11th year.. there is no coverage. Others, Pls correct me if i am wrong

QUOTE(oldsilver @ Jul 15 2012, 08:08 PM) I've also just got back from there. Haha, pretended like really wanna buy. IMHO, their toilet floor tiles design is better and can't help myself but they have higher ceiling and fewer units to share the facilities as SOFO and serviced apt facilities are separated and thing I don't like is it has no balcony. no balcony Great.. i no need to think about their positive aspects. I smoke... so balcony is mandatory

Pay the toll RM2.20 can reach Bkt Jalil quite fast. And the new LRT extension is along "Bkt Jalil Highway" towards Puchong so could be fast to reach it too

QUOTE(stanley984 @ Jul 17 2012, 03:39 PM) Is there any unit still available for Zeva.. i'm too slow to realize there about this project T_T... I'm extremely seeking for family home stay one ~ i prefer Zeva due to low cost entry.. ppl like me earn less so need to look after this kind of project only could make my dream house come true.. anyone mind to advice? Hi Stanley, I was there on saturday. There were around 20 plus units available. Am not sure about the price though. Majority are bigger units but there were some smaller units available. you can pm me for the SA's contact number if you are interested. Just give him a call first if you want to save a trip to go there. Subsale units entry costs quite high. Especially when the seller's are selling higher than bank valuations. Maybe you could check 3elements too
