once the work starts , you will have 4-6 years of endless construction ..
nobody will want to stay facing a construction site with endless jams ..

although price will start to move towards the end of it ... the torture is unimaginable .. you can look at all the main roads in PJ/KL currently being affected by the LRT/ MRT construction

The S31 park & ride station probably would be across the Esso. Thus +/- 500m from Zeva. Already very good to my opinion.
2nd nearest (in terms of high rise) within Equine vicinity to future station after Sfera.
