Anyone face issue with Al Rajhi bank ? I've signed the Loan accept letter but yet to sign Loan agreement which issue by lawyer and the bank said still in progress empanel with the lawyer and it's been few months....
Question: can I cancel the bank loan and get from others bank ? By doing that will I kena penalty ? Question: What if 1st draw down but yet to sign Loan agreement ? Who's going to pay ? |
