Can i ask that anyone of u that using Sensei got your profile reset to default profile everytime u turn on your pc? cause i got such problem and it quite annoying..

The coating peeled off for no reason


There is a crack there before its even one week old

Will I be able to RMA my mouse? The rubber coating is peeling and sometimes when I'm playing it stops responding for 1 secs, it's not the usb unplugging sound, there was no sound but it stops and goes everywhere then i can control again after 1 sec. I'm thinking it might be my mousepad or table problem, but is it worth the shot to try RMA?

australia. a shop that sells it and all those gears. just brought my sensei in just now, told then what's the problem, they plugged the sensei in to their pc, 5 minutes later, they gave me a brand new sensei.

hey, some recomend.. im heavy hand "sweater" .. i sweat 80% of the time.. and if sweater like me, its better not to use hard surface. as those sweat will remain in the surface (will cause ur traction hard or problem)

currently im using the Soft surface , those sweat absorb into the mat yeah, but realy.. for sweaty hand like me.. its realy good to use soft surface..

Not really. I use to own one hard pad, its an Everglide. Really solid, just put inside the backpack and we're good to go. The SS 4HD etc are thinner but still strong. Maybe you can wrap a cloth around it for safety 

depends how you store it
HD pad are nicely built, when im using it, it doest feel like its gonna wear off soon
the only thing i dont like is its not really mouse glide friendly and it doesnt work on my DA 

does the siberia v2 frost blue comes with a built in usb?

so it has a dedicated built in sound card?

so they both has the dedicated built in sound card.. unlike the normal ones need to plug in separately? o.o
