so far i only know 2 types of switches on mice.
One is TTC and the other being OMRON.
the TTC is the most common, SS mice are all TTC unless they state its omron.

However, omron also has 2 types, the china made and the japanese made.
logitech's gaming mice and high end models all use the china made, i never tested the japanese made before, you can ask everdying, he's got the CM spawn, which is using the japanese made omron, for the china made omron found on my m905 anywhere mouse, the response is great, the button presses and the feedback is crisp.... erm... meaning it's very "bouncy"... dunno what's the word to describe it....

many say that the japanese omron is better made than the chinese, but the lifespan is shorter than the chinese, double click issue more apparent....

but for someone who never tested japanese omron switches, i can never tell how good it is....
so far im satisfied with chinese made omron.... laugh.gif

I remembered omron switches on SS mices are japanese
No? hmm.gif

Xai-RM249
Sensei-RM399
If sensei off budget, xai is your next best choice
Or under realy tight budget
Kinzu is suitable for fingertip also

nowadays very little mice use TTCs except for Kinzu and Kana. tongue.gif only those older ones like Habu etc uses TTCs.

I don't there is any major differences between the jap and chinese omrons. I don't think jap omrons is used in CM Spawn, cos the latter is using D2FC-F-7N, which is the most normal switch for mices..D2F-01F is the jap one IINM, used in some Xai, IME 3.0/1.1 etc.
