Looks like the click switch is at fault. If the warranty period is over, try opening up and see if there is any blockage or damaged switch there. If its still under the warranty period, take back to your dealer and arrange a RMA

That's what I do when I'm too lazy to open up the Steelseries Engine software. Sometimes in game also can adjust. So handy

You can set the ExactAim and all those features on the fly too. Its better if you download the Steelseries Engine software for LED Lights customization

You'll need an adapter. iPhone's USB Port is not a direct drive which you can directly access to the files with, you should know this right? Not sure if there is an adapter for USB to 32pin connector yet.

Oh wait, only Sensei RAW can pulse. lol I never thought of looking for light-pulse with my previous Sensei before, even now with the RAW, i don't even use it. So distracting. But the intensity can be adjusted no?

This I agree. Kana was a disappointment from Steelseries. During my first day of testing it...it just didn't feel right. At least the RAW was slightly better. Still hoping for a Ikari-like mouse from them in future.

Depends on how you take care of it also la. Until now, still working like a charm. I believe the Siberia V2 is one of Steelseries best products they ever made.

First batch manufacturer defects. Right click harder than left. RMA-ed also same issue.

Kana is the worst SS mouse ever produced, for me. If he would choose between those mouse, I would suggest the RAW over Kana. Sensei depends on the budget. If he has a budget of 400, by all means, get the Sensei.

From what I can tell, both caters different budget. The Kinzu is a basic gaming mouse, pretty worth the price if you tell me, the Kana on the other hand, is horrible and does not even justify its 199 price tag. Better if someone get a Razer Deathadder 3.5 with that price.

You need to try the mouse first before you compare the mouse. Especially during gaming or frag sessions. Judging the mouse by its looks or feel does not consider anything.
