fyi, i split my workout into 5 days a week, rest on weekends (or probably just cardio).
currently, my workout split looks like this:
Monday - Chest & Abs
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Arms & Abs
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Shoulders & Abs
