my advice is,dont buy from this developer ! bought few projects from them,plaza damas n regalia..damas they charged huge amount for late payment interest n non-negotiable when we bought quite number of units..now they have to pay us back on the LD of regalia..wont give face this round to them tho they ask to negotiate..wont buy anything from them anymore anyway...
