As i'm impressed with the showroom, I nearly paid an extra RM20k under table money to an agent for a unit in the earlier phase which he claims come with car park.... but then i realise the developer is Mayland and they seem to have issues bout the approval of the project so i just waited for a while. In the end, I saw another property which I feel more comfortable with and go with it. I guess, my loss would be worst as for the extra under table money that I have to fork out. Feel bad for those who fall prey to such arrangements. Hope the developer can settle the matter soon with those early buyers
