Nokia finally learned the trick in doing marketing.

MP counts, not sensor size. Lets see if its much easier to use than N8.  laugh.gif

Yeap, Nokia finally doing the norm. laugh.gif

If all this Pureview is about post processing, it will be interesting to compare this with N8 if it get ripped off 808's firmware.
*
Doesn't seem like software level only thing to me. The hardware has been bumped to a larger sensor size as well. hmm.gif And other things I don't know. unsure.gif

It may never come until Symbian fully killed, which is still some years away. This phone is one hell of a phone. Just tell anyone and they will be shocked to hear about 41MP. laugh.gif

QUOTE(kae7 @ Mar 3 2012, 01:27 AM)
Well , N73 is newer, and come long ago after N80,
Phone that I have used -->
Siemens(forgot what model) -> SE T68 -> Nokia 3210 -> Nokia 3310, Nokia 3315, -> Nokia 8210 -> Nokia 3120, Nokia 2100, Nokia 3650, Nokia 3220 -> Nokia 2600 -> Nokia 6630, Nokia N70, Nokia 6600 > Nokia N80, Nokia N73 -> SE K800i, SE K550 -> Nokia N82, Nokia N85,Nokia N93i, Nokia 5800, -> Nokia N79, Nokia N8, Nokia 1202, -> BB 9700w, Nokia N86, SGS -> BB 9860, BB 9360 -> Nokia 808 maybe smile.gif

There are many other phones, but I forgot the model name, I also have used the RAZR flip and nokia flip phones

Last time when I use 6630, I always try to download themes, and also games hahaha, that time fileman is very popular, if cannot installed the certain files (certificate error,etc).. Just need to rename from .sis to .sisx, then , confirmed can install hahaha

When I use N73, I learn how to flashing and branding.. From N73 to N73ME, but then.. It wasn't so successful.. My N73 dead and fuLly bricked, can't revive...

Then I used K800, I try to modified my phone and change it to walkman interface.. Modified the driver, I modified the camdriver and also the audio.. Hahaha, my K800 becoming a walkman phone that have good camera hahaha,

I really miss all of them...

Nokia and Symbian is never dead for me, I hope 808 won't make me dissapointed
*
Looks like your list does not include any iOS devices. laugh.gif
Symbian will be gone soon unless Nokia change their mind. PureView 808 is probably their final greatest product, so they can make it a legend. laugh.gif And also to test out their PureView Pro tech. It's good that they release PureView but at the end of the day, Symbian will be gone following the current path. doh.gif

Nokia by the way should design a len mount device so 808 can use lens to do micro or what ever those 3/4 slr do...

Yeah, hope for that too. laugh.gif

wat is all the hype wit monster headphones? is it really tht good compare to other highend headphones already out there?
*
Well, it is much better than headphones bundled with most phones. The sound is quite good and the padding for Nokia Purity HD is very comfortable. So, if you don't plan on spending another couple hundred bucks on headphones, those Monster Headphones if bundled together are really great. Just as HTC offers Beats out-of-the box. While it may not be the best or even close to good when compared to many headphones in the market, it's undeniably far better than cheapskate OEM headphones. Nokia has made some great headphones by themselves anyway, such as the WH/BH-505 or the BH-905. smile.gif

I m still in a dilemma now to get an Android or this later when it launches. Before this was whether N8 or some other Android. So kacau this dilemma until now I still using X6  doh.gif Any idea sifu?

I have no comment on Nokia devices. I would go back to Nokia if Windows Phone improve on those crazy limitations. I'd like to see higher resolution screens on Windows Phone and am still waiting for Windows Phone to mature. My personal opinion, Windows Phone is the future. Android and iOS is the present. Symbian has long became the past.
Android devices offers lots of innovations (don't come and tell me Nokia also innovative, I know), powerful hardware, great displays, a wide variety and highly flexible. This all comes at the expense of giving a reliable performance. I don't see how the fragmentation issue can be solved unless Android comes out with some sort of hardware limitations.
Go for iOS if you want the most reliable device. HTC One X being the latest and undeniably the best Android offering at the moment actually isn't all that good. I have played with my friend's for a while now. It has hanged in a number of occasion and heat dissipation is not on the good side. Camera has greatly improved though and thanks to Sense, there're also quite a number of bugs.

Android - Cool stuff, decent selection of apps, powerful hardware (occasionally overkill but not a bad thing at all)
iOS - Same old from the first version till now, stable performance and reliable, obviously the largest app selections

Symbian is not created a couple of years ago. It dates wayyyy back. All the current versions are just advancements.
Nokia interface is very easy to jump from S40 to Symbian. I did that, no problem at all. but from Symbian or S40 to Windows, there is no connection at all. Windows looks the same on any phone and that is one weakness of it. Really it can't differentiate UI-wise.

Windows Phone is super easy. A toddler should be able to have fun with it. laugh.gif
