There is annual income requirement for CC application. I wonder the banks are looking at the base pay only, or allowance/bonus included?

Has anyone focus on loan from credit cards?

I know that Stan. Chart. has this Cheque On Call feature, which allow quick loan from the CL with attractive interest rate.

How about others like Maybank or CIMB?

Thank you Sir for the feedback notworthy.gif
Focus is like a positive word and just does not sounds right when referring to loans. Focus on how to make more money so no need loan from credit card more appropriate  tongue.gif

And what is so good about the SCB Cheque On Call? Interest rate? Any upfront fees?  Duration?

Hehe, I was trying to say 'focus on the topic' of... Last year was offered with the rate of 1% up front fee + 2.99% interest rate, 12 months repayment period, which I think it's a good deal. Not sure if this is still valid.

Please stick to credit card discussion only. No loan talk.
I don't appreciate it if topics are mixed up and FYI loan from credit cards are very expensive - we don't tolerate debt building the wrong way in here.

OK, understand your point there, probably it's better to discuss in different thread.

IMO, this has slowly become a credit card's feature, be it COC or CashTreats, which I think will help the forumers to decide which card to apply if this feature is important to them.
