QUOTE(HolyAngel927 @ Feb 9 2013, 02:30 PM)
Hi, hope u guys can clear up some blind spot of me on credit card.. I am a graduates that just starting work for one month in mnc with basic rm 2.5k.  after done my homework n i find out that Maybank 2 card is best suite for me.
Here is my details for applying the card.

1. Purpose of usage: To  buy a laptop around rm 3k for 0 installment  for study n working purpose since my laptop spoiled again after 2 services.. n i m not intend to service it anymore since it is not worth that value.. Mayb in the future one or two year will use the card for petrol rebate purpose.
2. Plan n problem to apply cc not using cash: Since i dont wanna affect my 30 percent of my basic becos i wanna use it  in saving n investment. so that i have more free cash flow.

So my question is

1. Am i eligible to apply the maybank 2 card with just oli the one month payment slip n offer letter without J form?(i found out that CIMB also require onli these 2 document for processing.) Last time my fren who have maybank account gt the issue of CC for free fr maybank after she get to work for half year.. So is there anyone who apply the card with least document without the J form or 3 to 6 month bank statement.

2. For the 0% installment, i found that some merchant that charge RM 60 to RM 80 one time for laptop product. Some charge for the 2 to 4 % of product.. So what is the different n how is the calculation of 0 %installment work.. cos for my calculation both is almost the same just the way they present the figure oli is different. May someone who know the calculation share with me?

Million thanks..
