got an offer from PBB card for lifetime annual fees waiver, and it had been approved by end of July, receive the statement by mid of Aug, and until now still haven't got the card yet!
Have been called to PBB CS for 6 times, no-one can assists, if not because of the 0% BT, i will cancel this straight away!!! |
