I wondering why the heck they need the utility bills for? kinda tired gone thru preparing all the credit card for 1st time application here. Last time send all the document to the address provided, they say no receive. 2nd time lack of utility bills, i receive no notification from them until i call..., recently a lot of bank call...when i have my time to responded to the email...all the agents contacted me has resigned as sales agent. seriously getting tired of getting cc. Anyone let me know where should i apply to get reliable application and hassle free process?

I tried UOB and Citibank. Public bank wanna offer me card, but i was in the meeting that time, i terminated the call and they never call back.
1st time UOB appy thru bank near the Desa Park City branch. Required utility bills, but never informed me and the application expired?

2nd time, UOB agent say anything can contact her via email or sms. However, once i prepared the document, call and email never reply

3rd time, Citibank. When i free to response. She send me late june. i reply in the mid of July, and she has resigned

4th time, register online for OCBC. Let's see from there.

Really tired with all this hassle.
