If my payment due date is 21st and I make payment (via Interbank Giro) on 20th morning (before the cut off period), does it still consider as payment made on time?

From my past experience, they will still charge you. You need to fill in a dispute form and they will investigate the case upon receiving the form. You may not need to pay the amount (or the interest that goes with it) but it is best to call the centre to verify with them.

It's best to call them and tell them you are not paying the amount (and the future interest). Normally, they will understand.
