If only 2-mths O/S, after u partly settle / call the Bank, the Bank will unfreeze your Card - This is called a 'Soft Freeze. Your Card is still active but frozen.

But > 3-mths, and you have not contacted the Bank or settled (partly settled), its a 'Cancellation like when u lost your Card'. Even if u settle, you cannot use the Card. The Bank will have to issue you a New Card (for which you will be charged around RM50)

Call the Bank Bro, pay 10%, etc. You don't want to go into CCRIS for this issue
