So the question is for a card that has not been used during the entire year, is the card holder still liable for the GST?

Getting Started Junior Member 245 posts Joined: Apr 2008	Is it a normal practice for some merchants to enter your card details on their point-of-sale (POS) computer on top of the usual swipe on the credit card terminal (that is connected to the bank for verification) ? why are merchants allowed to store your card details? anyone? thanks in advance.
