The last thing you want is a bank who send you a card which is already activated. Do you know how dangerous that is??? You are exposed to FRAUD. Imagine fraudster intercepted your card and continue to swipe your card without you knowing.....you will get into trouble my friend.
Bank sending a non-activated card is for our own good. All it takes is just a call or sms to activate.
If i know there's a bank who send me activated card, i will go complain them to Bank Negara to ask them to work for my RM50 gst.
