I do know that some credit cards are easier to be approved for first timer e.g. citibank and hsbc. the rest, you got to have some cc records first.

Minimum is RM 30K annual. So can't apply. EPF ok. The EPF statement I printed this morning trying to apply at RHB branch stated that all above 220 for the past six months. Well, I'm only sharing based on my personal experience. I still remember applying twice for maybank cc years ago when my salary is just puny. Both got rejected. My first cc was citibank. Followed by hsbc.
