One apps lag doesn't mean it's bad... unless you use that apps 24hours a day.

Even my 9 years old kid know what to do with bad apps/game... he install a new apps/game everyday (even doing it right now)... when found any bad one, which make phone lag, hang or not so nice... uninstall it... then install a new one.

Play with Xperia U today at sony center. The light reli nice! Too bad don't have Xperia P except dummy set. But the aluminium feel reli nice..will grab Xperia P and forget about the casing ;P
